The craftsman behind LJR Designs, Larry Rosen, is a creative entrepreneur who considers himself, above all, a problem solver and a collector. He sees something interesting and his mind begins to relate the object of his attention to the many experiences he has encountered in various industries and enterprises.

His creative talent was nurtured by his legal education, turning his entrepreneurial interest to the promotion of a novel technology for creating shapes and forms previously unachievable. His success in this venture expanded his horizons and he joined a small chemical manufacturing company that had specialized in the creation of unusual and rare molecules.

The lessons learned in solving the puzzles presented in manufacturing novel chemicals led to the transformation of the company from manufacturing to problem solving and Rosen rebranded the enterprise as a service company providing creative solutions in chemistry.
